TERMS & CONDITIONS :

• Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM45.00 nett per bed per night inclusive of one breakfast
• Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
• Check In Time : 2.00 pm
• Late check out are available and have to be on a pre arranged basis.
• We do have non smoking rooms available.
• Children below 12 years old staying with parent are Free-Of-Charge without extra bed and inclusive of breakfasts( limited to 2 persons only).
• Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice
• Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit
• Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
• Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
• We accept all major credit cards ( e.g. American Express, Master Cards / Visa & Diner's Club ).

 

CANCELLATION POLICY :

One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Adults : RM15.00 nett per adult
Child : RM 12.00 nett per child
Baby Cot are provided on complimentary basis.
Child : below 12 yrs old
